1. Returns

2. Return Process
To request a return:

- Share your Order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos of the issue.

- Ship the item to our store address below (we may arrange pickup in select areas).
📦 Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is for any other reason, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Wrong product or color received
- Defective items under warranty
